• Basic Responsibilities...
The responsibilities of the Board shall include, but not be confined to, providing leadership for the organization, to ensure responsible activity on the part of the organization, and planning the theatrical year.

Meetings shall occur monthly at a time and place to be determined by the board annually in January.
