Wednesday, August 4
Nursing Home/Media night
Show will start at 7:00
We will have an audience this night and will invite the local media to come and review our show on this night as well.
Thursday, August 5 through Sunday, August 8
Shows will begin at 7:30
We ask that you try to be ready by 7:00. We will need everyone there by 6:00-6:15 to do sound checks and prop checks.
A few things to keep in mind for the run of the show...
• Please stay backstage once you are in costume. Do not go on-stage to check for props or out in the audience to greet people.
• This is community theatre, which means everybody needs to pitch in as much as possible. Please try to stay each night to help with sweeping the stage and theatre floors and chair set up.
• Often, the cast and crew will go out for dinner at local restaurants after the show (probably Friday and Saturday). We will let you know if we are planning anything.
• We need everyone to help pitch in with strike after the show on Sunday night. Hopefully, there will not be a lot to do, but of course the more people that pitch in to help, the better! We can also order pizza that night for the people that stay to help!
• We will have picture night one night and we will also have someone videotaping the show for the cast and crew to purchase a copy. I will let you know more as I know more.
